What if my tracking has not updated yet?

Tracking often takes 2 to 5 business days to begin showing movement after the package is handed to the carrier. Updates may also pause temporarily during customs clearance, transfer between facilities, or peak delivery periods.

What if my package is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your shipment appears delayed, please allow a few extra business days before contacting us, especially during holidays or periods of heavy carrier volume.

What if tracking says "Delivered" but I did not receive it?

  • Check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception desk, or parcel locker.
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  • Contact the carrier for delivery details, photo proof, or GPS confirmation where available.

If you still cannot locate the package, email us and we will help review the situation.
