When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, peak periods, or if additional verification is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, and customs processing if applicable. Shipping times shown on the site are estimates only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email when tracking is available. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or contact support.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking can take several business days to refresh after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delays are also common during customs checks and peak shipping periods.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes or cancellations before the order has entered processing or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us immediately. We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
What is your return policy?
We generally offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused items. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. In most cases, the fastest solution is to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order.
Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees depending on your country. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We may accept major cards, PayPal, and accelerated checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where available at checkout.
