Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with Yejeon are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Our goal is to process orders efficiently and provide clear expectations about fulfillment and transit times, while acknowledging that shipping conditions can vary by destination and carrier.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is successfully authorized, excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of unusually high order volume.
Processing time may be longer if additional order verification is required, if an item is temporarily delayed, or if circumstances beyond our control affect fulfillment.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and local conditions. Shipping estimates shown at checkout or on the site are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Transit times may be affected by weather, peak shopping periods, customs inspections, logistics disruptions, remote location service, or other causes outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, redelivery fees, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs procedures may also affect delivery timing, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Stalled Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, please allow reasonable additional transit time before contacting us, especially during holidays or high-volume periods. Some tracking updates may pause temporarily while packages are in transit or during customs clearance.
If your tracking shows no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact us and we will review the shipment status. Resolution options may depend on carrier findings, delivery scans, and applicable claim timelines.
7. Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
- around your mailbox, doorstep, porch, or building entrance;
- with household members, neighbors, or front desk staff; and
- with the carrier, which may provide delivery photo or GPS confirmation where available.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us as soon as possible and we will assist in reviewing next steps.
8. Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on item availability, warehouse location, or packaging needs. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers or separate delivery dates.
9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to customer-related issues such as an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or missed delivery attempts, any shipping, return, storage, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.
