Return & Refund Policy

At Yejeon, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted except where required by law.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, the item must generally be:
- unused and in the same condition received;
- with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable;
- free from signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration; and
- supported by proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at yejeon@tgideasbusiness.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the request.
If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and where required by law.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including where applicable:
- gift cards;
- final sale or clearance items, unless required by law;
- personalized or special-order products;
- perishable goods;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; and
- certain personal care, hygiene, or intimate-use items once opened or used.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or another reason required by law, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our mistake.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. The fastest option is usually to request a return for the eligible item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
8. European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to legal exceptions and product category exclusions permitted by law.
9. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
It may take up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at yejeon@tgideasbusiness.com.
10. Partial Refunds and Deductions
Where permitted by law, we may apply reasonable partial deductions if the returned item is missing components, shows signs of use, is not in original condition, or if return-related costs may lawfully be deducted.
